Uphill fast-walk intervals - same workout as October 22 and 28 - 8 x 1/10 mile uphill - 15% grade. Average uphill time was 86 seconds. Walk back down - approx. 2 minutes. Average HR for uphills = 141. Max HR 167. I think I pushed a little too hard today - gotta remember to "train, don't strain".
